Are all items made to order?

Yes - all wooden flags, plaques, retirement pieces, CNC projects, and most laser-engraved items are made to order. Each piece is crafted specifically for your request.

What is the typical turnaround time?

Turnaround times vary by product (see below).

Wooden flags, plaques, and retirement pieces: 6 to 8 weeks
Leather patches and hats: 2 to 4 weeks
Drinkware and small items: 1 to 2 weeks

Rush orders may be available - contact us to check availability.

Do you accept bulk or department orders?

Yes! We frequently create plaques, hats, and gift items for police and fire departments, military units, sports teams, businesses, and associations. Bulk pricing is available - contact us for further information.

How does the ordering and design process work?

For wooden flags, plaques, and retirement pieces:
1. Submit your ideas through our contact form
2. We review your design, provide a quote, and provide a mock-up
3. Once you approve, we begin production and ship once completed

For laser engraved items:
1. Submit your design file and ideas through the product portal
2. We provide a mock-up
3. Once you approve, we begin production and ship once completed

Shipping & Delivery

Do you ship?

Yes, we ship throughout the USA.

How will my item be shipped?

We use secure packaging to protect your custom piece. Carriers include USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on the item and destination.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping typically takes 3–7 business days depending on location and carrier speed. Rush shipping is available.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Do you offer local pickup?

Yes, local pickup is available. Details are provided once your order is finished.

Returns & Exchanges

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because each piece is custom-made, returns and exchanges are not accepted unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect due to craftsmanship.

Can I cancel a custom order?

Orders can be canceled only before production begins.

Once materials are cut or engraving has started, cancellations and refunds are not available.

Do you guarantee your work?

Yes. If there is an issue related to craftsmanship or quality, we will make it right.
